1. RECOGNITION & AFFILIATION
Societies running different schools have already filed the requisite documents as per Law and Government Policy, for early change of name in the Recognition Letter by DoE and Affiliation Certificate by CBSE. The matter is being pursued most vigorously with the authorities and all necessary approvals are expected to be in place shortly.
However, the Recognition Number (allotted by DoE) and Affiliation Number (allotted by CBSE) of each school shall remain the same, even after the change in the name of the school.
2. AGREEMENT
Agreement between Prudence and the Society running the school will be uploaded on the school website within 15 days.
3. CURRICULUM
a. Academic Initiatives : A plethora of tie ups with renowned professionals to enhance the overall excellence of students in both Scholastic and Co - Scholastic aspects are being explored for next academic session 2020-21 like :
i. Cambridge English Examination
Cambridge English helps to align the school’s goals with internationally recognized standards. Cambridge English Examination (CAE) is a part of the University of Cambridge, the world’s number one university, and committed to excellence in education. Their work is backed up with extensive research and validation. Exams and materials are based on a deeper understanding of how English works and how students learn. This program builds students’ confidence progressively with a range of fun, motivating tests from beginner to advanced level and has following advantages:

ii. Computer and Math Lab
IT - This solution is a curriculum based content program that encourages students to go beyond the text books and equips them with skills required for shaping the future careers. It is focused on improving IT skills with a multi-disciplinary approach.
Math - The solutions help build an appealing world full of color, touch, sound and exploration around the subject of Mathematics. With its specially designed lab and technologically empowered educational content, the solution fosters individualized and peer learning. It is focused on removing the stress in learning of Math.
iii. Avishkar Box – It is an EdTech company building an ecosystem that creates engaging experiences that spark imagination and foster innovation.
Avishkaar Box School Robotics: The basic aim of robotics program is to develop logical, analytical and problem solving skills among students. Program allows children to use their imagination and discover an exciting and important connection with real world applications, an experience that is vital for success in the 21st century. The Robotics Programs can be integrated with the school curriculum and covers lesson plans with specific learning outcomes.
General Science Lab: Avishkar Box general science lab caters to the needs of Secondary students. It helps them to build a scientific frame of mind and provides opportunity for hands on activity for the young scientists.
iv. Sports Academies - Tie up with professional sports agencies / academies with an aim to create interest and skill in sports through structured education model. Nurture talent by offering professional training via sports development centers. Promoting sports talent and enhance sports participation.
b. Book Set Review: There will be no change in the curriculum/ books for the current session. i. For Grade 6th-12th, there will be no change in books, NCERT books will continue to be used in the upcoming Academic session 2020-21. ii. For Grade Nur-5th, Parent representatives will be actively involved to decide upon the grade wise, subject wise, books and publishers for the upcoming Academic session 2020-21. Meetings with parents representatives in this regard, will be conducted within the next 15 days.
4. UPGRADATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE
a. Upliftment of the ambience of the school buildings.
b. Upgradation of the laboratories with state of the Art equipments/ apparatus.
c. Modernization of the library with provision of E- library facility.
d. Addition of the Mathematics Lab and Social Studies Lab.
All the above will be completed by March 2020.
5. MEDICAL FACILITY
A well-equipped Ambulance with a Doctor will also be stationed in the school premises within 15 days. Tie ups with nearby reputed hospitals will also be done.
6. CCTV SURVEILLANCE
CCTV Cameras will be installed in all sensitive places like corridors, every entry & exit points, playgrounds etc. Safety and security of students is of utmost importance.
7. FEE
There will be no change in the Fee structure in the next academic session 2020-21.
8. SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
Scholarship Policy for students in the field of Academics & Sports will be announced within one month.
9. SIBLING BENEFIT
With the upcoming Academic session (2020-21) real siblings of the students already studying at Prudence will be entitled to a 50% waiver on the tuition fee of the elder sibling. This benefit is limited to only 1 real sibling.
10. UNIFORM
a. In order to reduce the unnecessary burden on the parent, there will be no change in uniform for next session (2020-21). Stickers/ Badges/ Buckles will be issued to all students (free of cost) for their shirts/ blazers/belts.
b. Uniform rates are also being negotiated with the vendor for the next academic session 2020-21.
11. PTA
Immediately after the approval of the change of name of the schools, action will be initiated to hold the elections of PTA in schools and completed in the minimum time laid down for ensuring a well publicized, free and fair election of the PTA.
12. STUDENT DOCUMENTATION
a. Marksheet, Passing Certificate & Migration Certificate for all students of Grade 10th & 12th (Session 2019-20), will be issued in the name of Presidium.
b. From session 2020-21, all the above certificates will be issued in the name of Prudence.
c. Transfer Certificates/School Leaving Certificate issued to the students will mention the change of name from Presidium to Prudence.
13. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL/ MONITORING YOUR WARD’S DEVELOPMENT
A three tier system of grievance redressal and monitoring your ward’s development has already been introduced.
1st Level – Class Teacher
2nd Level – Academic Head
3rd Level – Vice Principal
You are requested to kindly avail of it to ensure that your ward is able to accomplish all that he/ she has potential for. Hierarchy of staff at different levels will be put on the website within one week for convenience of parents. Section wise Whats App groups are being created for faster and smoother communication between Parents and Teachers.
14. CONNECT WITH CHAIRMAN
In our endeavor to have a direct and transparent communication channel with our parents, we propose:
a. To conduct Parents Meetings with Chairman on a quarterly basis, so that parents can share their feedbacks/ concerns with complete transparency.
